• Deliveries will be made within a time of business days from the date of purchase, which could change depending on the purchased item, and the customers location
• Delivery price depend of your location, zipcode and products purchased
• Our store team will contact you a day before the delivery date to notice you that your delivery will be done next day,
• Delivery have not an specific hour to arrive, you should be pending to any calls, to your phone, that will be made by delivery staff service
• ⁠Our delivery providers will contact you around 1 hour beforearriving to your delivered address.
• Please ensure that someone is present to receive the delivery.
• We reserve the right to charge a redelivery fee if no one is present to receive the delivery.
• ⁠Delivery company could charge a fee if the information provided about your location is wrong or if you live in a floor upper than you provided during the information

Pickup Policy

• Orders can be picked up at our store location during business hours.
• Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID to pick up your order.
• ⁠We will hold orders for 7 business days from the date of you were notice your productis ready for pickup.
• ⁠If you don’t pickup your order in time you could be charged a fee of 10 USD for each day you are late.
